UNIBET STAYS ON THE BALL WITH PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN, EXTENDING DEAL THROUGH 2022/23

Kindred’s flagship Unibet brand has extended its existing partnership with top-flight French football club Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).

After extending the original 2-year deal signed in 2018, the betting site will now be official betting partner of the club until the end of the 2022/23 season, with French media suggesting Unibet will pay in the region of $3.5m over the next two years.

Unibet and PSG will be continuing with their poster, TV and social media advertising and content collaborations – with Kindred saying campaigns thus far have been “very successful.”

Kindred says the continued Unibet-PSG partnership will strengthen the brand’s position in France, Europe and globally.

Unibet also has partnerships with other major sports teams, including Club Brugge in Belgium and the NHL’s New Jersey Devils in the United States.

AYO.NEWS says:

Kindred is obviously pleased with the performance of their PSG deal – which isn’t so surprising seen as though it is rapidly emerging as one of the clubs leading the way in adopting new tech and trends to engage with its fans. Not only is PSG building a name for itself in the esports world, but its also one of first clubs to embrace the blockchain-based Socios.com radical fan engagement platform.
