GVC Holdings, one of the world’s largest sports betting and gaming groups, is set to relocate from the Isle of Man to the UK.
Following a vote at an Extraordinary General Meeting held in Gibraltar on 6th February, it was announced that 99.98% of shareholders voted for the group to relocate its place of management, control and tax residence to the United Kingdom.
The move is part of GVC’s drive to improve efficiency across its vast gambling business, which currently includes the B2C brands bwin, Ladbrokes, Coral, Sportingbet, Betboo, Betdaq, Gamebookers, Crystalbet, Stadium, Eurobet, Ladbrokes.com.au, Ladbrokes.be, Neds, and InterTrader.
Additionally, GVC provides B2B services to MGM Resorts International, Danske Spil, PMU, Fortuna, AGT, partypoker, PartyCasino, Gala Bingo, Gala Casino, Gala Spins, Foxy Bingo, Foxy Games, CasinoClub, Gioco Digitale, Cheeky Bingo, Casino Las Vegas, SCasino, and Casino King.
