SIM RACING ORGANISATION TEAM REDLINE GETS CREATIVE WITH TRIPLE

Sim racing organisation Team Redline has partnered with Netherlands-based creative agency Triple.

Team Redline currently competes across a wide range of sim racing titles including iRacing, rFactor 2, Assetto Corsa, Project Cars, Gran Turismo, and Automobilista. Since 2015 its roster of racers has included current Formula One driver Max Verstappen.

Discussing the partnership Esports Business Developer at Triple, Corné Dubelaar, said:

‘’This is a great new challenge for us. Team Redline is the most prominent sim-racing team in the world. Sim-racing is getting more and more popular and approaches an interesting target audience.

“It is different from the stereotypical esports fan. In recent years, we have pioneered with the founding of Team Gullit and Esports Club. The knowledge we have gained will form the basis for the strategy that we will develop in collaboration with Team Redline.’’

While Co-founder of Team Redline, Azte Kerkhof, added:

“We are very excited to start working with Triple. We got to know them through the Real Racers Never Quit initiative, where they helped us with design and operation. I am convinced that we can take this organization to the next level, where great performances go hand in hand with new opportunities, for both the team and the racers.’’

Team Redline has several other commercial partnerships in place; Sim Lab as Cockpit Partner, F33L as Glove Partner, JRT as Timing Partner, and Fanatec as Prime Partner.

The organisation was formed in 2000, in the days of 56K internet, when the initial members drove GPL, Toca 2, F12000 ½, and COlin McRae Rally.

Triple has a long list of high-profile clients, including Vodafone, Film1, CarNext.com, Max Verstappen, RTL XL, Videoland, FOX Sports, Linda.tv, Heineken, KLM and many more.

AYO.NEWS says:

With mainstream broadcasters significantly increasing the profile of sim racing during the COVID-19 crisis, there’s never been a better time for a successful organisation like Redline to invest in getting their message across to the wider world. We are looking forward to seeing what Triple comes up with!
