TV station Polsat opens a dedicated esports broadcast studio, created by ARAM, in Warsaw.

TV station Polsat, in partnership with esports technical production company ARAM, has opened Poland’s first TV-station owned studio dedicated to gaming and esports.

The Warsaw studio is located inside Polsat’s complex, but ARAM was responsible for the design and execution of the project. Equipped with specialised state-of-the-art technology, it will allow viewers and players to be provided with a world-class esports experience.

Co-Owner of ARAM, Michał Mrzygłocki said:

“Since this year we see a big demand for permanent installations of esports studios. A few years ago we have delivered studio setup for ESL Poland in Katowice. Polsat eSports studio is a second permanent studio we provided and I believe not the last one.”

Whilst Co-Owner of ARAM, Rafał Mrzygłocki, commented:

“We believe that thanks to our knowledge and understanding of eSports needs, we were able to design project crafted for Polsat needs and that is the reason they decided to work with us.”

ARMA is one of the few specialist esports production companies, able to meet the very specific and complex scenography, lightning and multimedia requirements for esports.

According to the company, the studio will start broadcasting at the end of this month, and is one of the biggest projects they have undertaken.

Reflecting the explosive growth of esports around the world, Poland is seeing a surge in its popularity and will be hosting both the IEM Katowice featuring an ESL One event and the IEM Katowice 2019 CS:GO Major next year.
