International organisation Gen.G Esports has teamed up with blockchain network Rally to launch a CS:GO crypto fan token called the GG Strike Coin. 

From next month, fans will be able to purchase GG Strike Coins, and use them to gain exclusive engagement opportunities with Gen.G’s Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team. In addition to access to players, coaches, and staff through Discord chats, token holders will also gain early access to merchandise and earn other rewards. 

Discussing the news Chief Operating Officer of Gen.G Esports, Arnold Hur, said:

“The GG Strike Coin is the perfect way to verify our biggest fans and create a regular cadence of rewarding them with exclusive merchandise, and unmatched access to their favorite teams and players. The announcement of the GG Strike Coin also coincides with the launch of the Rally Brand Coin – designed to enable content creators and streamers to offer fan tokens to their viewers. Gen.G and Rally are closely connected, with the organisation’s Co-founder and Chairman, Kevin Chou, also being Founder and CEO of Rally.
