ESL & MASTERCARD RENEW NORTHERN LEAGUE OF LEGENDS CHAMPIONSHIP DEAL

Esports tournament organiser ESL Gaming and Mastercard have renewed their Northern League of Legends Championship (NLC) partnership. 

Under the renewed deal, Mastercard will remain as official payment provider for the NLC – which covers the UK, Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland. 

Mastercard will continue to run it’s Priceless Play of the Match rewards promo for NLC viewers, and is expected to collaborate with ESL to develop a range of activations. 

Discussing the partnership CPO at ESL Gaming, Sebastian Weishaar, said:

“The first year of the NLC was a huge success, so we couldn’t be happier to continue our partnership with  Mastercard. Their ongoing support of this industry and our community is immensely valuable. We look forward to offering even more content to our fans of the NLC throughout 2021.”
