SIS SECURES TWO-YEAR DEAL FOR SAUDI CUP RIGHTS
Multi-channel 24/7 live betting services supplier, SIS (Sports Information Services), has agreed a two-year distribution deal for Saudi Arabian horse racing.
The new partnership builds on the success of last year’s Saudi deal, and will see SIS distribute live pictures and data for the full Saudi racing schedule, including the principal event of the season, The Saudi Cup.
SIS will be making Saudi racing available to its customers around the world via both its retail and online services, including its 24/7 Live Betting Channels – an end-to-end solution designed to provide operators with profitable short-form content throughout the day, with a betting even every three minutes.
The agreement will see SIS broadcast The Saudi Cup on 20 February. Known as the world’s most valuable horse race thanks to its $20M USD prize fund and $10M cheque for the winner, The Saudi Cup will be the highlight of the prestigious two-day meeting at the King Abdulaziz Racecourse, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from 19-20 February 2021.
Commenting on the deal Head of International Horse Racing at SIS, Will Morris, said:
“We’re delighted to be extending our partnership with The Saudi Cup and distributing live pictures and data from the best of Saudi Arabian racing, including the world’s most valuable race.
“Through this deal we look forward to offering our customers across the globe even more first-class international racing as well as a significant number of new betting opportunities.”
SIS’s portfolio of international horse racing also includes events from the Czech Republic, Dubai, Germany, Hungary, Latin America, Mauritius, Singapore, Ireland, and the UK.
