AUSTRALIA BLOCKS ANOTHER 18 UNLICENSED GAMBLING SITES

Australian internet services providers have been requested to block access to a further 18 unlicensed gambling sites. 

The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) says it received numerous complaints about the illegal sites, and has now orders ISPs to block access to the following 18 sites:

• 7 Bit Casino
• Casino Nic
• Fast Pay Casino
• iLucki
• King Billy Casino
• Woo Casino
• BitStarz
• Loki Casino
• Golden Star Casino
• Gunsbet
• Spinago
• Joo Casino
• Bet Chain
• Get Slots
• Joka VIP Room
• King Johnnie
• Wild Card City

Australian players using these casinos have been urged to withdraw their money immediately.

ACMA made its first blocking request back in November 2019, and has now taken action against 222 illegal gambling sites. Additionally, over 100 unlicensed operators are thought to have voluntarily withdrawn from the Australian market since 2017.
