North American esports organisation Cloud9 has partnered with Danish travel gear brand Maika’i.
To launch the partnership new Cloud9-branded Maika’i hardbags, powerbanks and mouse bungees have been added to the organisation’s online store.
Based in Copenhagen, Maika’i offers “high-end travel-gear” aimed at gamers. The company is, along with brands like Lexus (read more), also sponsoring the 4th annual Esports Awards taking place at the Esports Stadium Arlington, Texas, on 16th November.
Cloud9 currently fields teams in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Fortnite, Hearthstone, League of Legends, Overwatch, PUBG Mobile, Rainbow Six Siege, Rocket League, Super Smash Bros. Melee, Teamfight Tactics and World of Warcraft.
Just last month, Cloud9 partnered with major esports merchandising company We Are Nations, to launch a dedicated European store (read more). The organisation also has partnerships in place with AT&T, BMW, HyperX, Microsoft, OMEN by HP, Puma Red Bull, Secretlab, Twitch and the US Air Force.
