California-based gaming peripherals brand HyperX has been confirmed as the first partner of the London Royal Ravens Call of Duty League franchise.
The deal, which includes jersey sponsorship, also covers Rogue’s Rainbow Six Siege and Rocket League teams. London Royal Ravens’ soon-to-be-revealed new training facility will also be equipped with HyperX peripherals.
Commenting on the deal Founder of ReKTGlobal, Amish Shah, said:
“HyperX has been a mainstay in competitive PC gaming for as long as I can remember. It’s an honor to have their logo on our jerseys, and their gear powering our champions’ play.”
While Director of Corporate Marketing for HyperX, Daniel Kelley, added:
“HyperX is excited to extend our partnership with ReKTGlobal and to sponsor their exciting leagues and teams. In this unique time when online gaming is becoming even more of an opportunity for people to virtually get together with friends and enjoy some entertainment and friendly competition at home, HyperX appreciates being part of this experience.”
London Royal Ravens, which is one of just two European franchises competing in the inaugural season of Activision Blizzard’s Call of Duty League, joins organisations including Chiefs Esports Club, Entity Gaming, Excel Esports, LGD Gaming, Team Liquid, and Virtus.pro in HyperX’s portfolio of commercial partners.
