Nevada has approved more esports betting, giving hard-pressed bookies in the state some welcome relief.

The Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) has approved wagers for the ongoing eNASCAR iRacing Pro Invitational Series, along with the ESL One Los Angeles Dota 2 event.

Though approved, the NGCB has specified strict conditions. For the 2020 eNASCAR iRacing Pro Invitational Series, operators can only accept wagers on winners and matchups between drivers. While, for ESL One Los Angeles, wages can be taken on head to head, match winner, and overall winner. Live in-play betting is also strictly prohibited, though operators will be free to set their own odds.

Any operator wanting to offer wagering on these events must also publish the official rules provided by the event organiser, and must notify the Enforcement Division of its intent to accept bets. The NGCB also made it clear that, for eNASCAR iRacing, operators must inform bettors of the possibility of varying results due to differences in the simulators and equipment being used by participants.

William Hill has already notified the NGCB of its intent to offer wagering on both events.

Over the past couple of weeks, the NGCB has also approved wagers on ESL Meisterschaft and ESL Pro League Season 11: North America.
