THESCORE ESPORTS ENTERS LIVE EVENT BROADCASTING WITH LPL DEMACIA CHAMPIONSHIP
theScore Esports is the exclusive English language broadcast partner for the Legends of Leagues Pro League’s (LPL) Demacia Championship.
An annual, 24-team Chinese League of Legends competition hosted by TJ Sports (a joint venture between Tencent & Riot Games), the Demacia Championship started yesterday and runs until 27 December.
The action is being streamed on theScore Esports’ YouTube and Twitch channels, and marks the Toronto-based firm’s entry into live event broadcasting.
Discussing the partnership Vice President of Content and Marketing at theScore, Aubrey Levy, said:
