WILLIAM HILL & CAESARS BACK THE COLTS WITH FIRST JOINT SPONSORSHIP
William Hill and Caesars Entertainment have entered a sponsorship deal with the NFL’s Indianapolis Colts.
The partnership is the first joint deal with an NFL team, and will see William Hill and Caesars join forces to engage with Colts fans throughout the American football season.
Commenting on the collaboration chief sales & marketing officer at the Indianapolis Colts, Roger VanDerSnick, said:
“In the digital age, and particularly this virtual world in which we find ourselves now, finding new ways to engage with our fans, partners and community is one of our top priorities,.
“This partnership with Caesars Entertainment and William Hill will help us better connect with Colts fans everywhere as we navigate this very unique season in 2020 and offer a greater fan experience well into the future.”
While co-president of Sports and Online Gaming for Caesars Entertainment, Chris Holdren, added:
“Our company has deep roots in Indiana. This expanded partnership with William Hill and our long relationship with the Indianapolis Colts deepens our strong ties within the community.
“Combined, both will provide an exciting entertainment experience – on gamedays and beyond.”
The partnership will also include a weekly Caesars Las Vegas prize giveaway, and a free-to-play prediction game, ‘Pick 6 Predictor’, featured on the official Colts Mobile App.
At the end of September, Caesars Entertainment reached a deal to acquire William Hill for £2.9B GBP, and confirmed that it intends to offload all of William Hill’s non-US assets post-acquisition. 888 Holdings has since expressed an interest in acquiring William Hill’s European businesses.
Staying with the NFL, a few weeks ago, BetMGM announced it had become the first sports betting partner of the Tennessee Titans.
AYO.NEWS says:
William Hill and Caesars aren’t wasting any time when it comes to their campaign to dominate the US sports betting markets! At this rate, in a few years the William Hill brand will be more associated with watching an NFL game at an American sports bar than a Premier League match at a British pub – assuming there’s any bars or pubs left by then, of course!
